PROPAGANDA is seeking a Social Media Manager to manage social content for clients and internal projects. You will be responsible for creating content, managing social calendars, and growing brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish content for client and internal social channels with a discerning eye on what’s trending
- Develop content ideas and create content with specific audiences and channels in mind. An X post from PROPAGANDA’s account should not sound the same as an X post for a L2 chain.
- Engage with audiences and manage day-to-day community interactions on X, Farcaster, Discord, etc.
- Participate in the broader crypto community and spot cultural moments before they’re trending. Use data and intuition to determine what’s worth capitalizing on.
- Track performance and adjust content based on what’s working. Test frequently and rapidly.
- Work closely with design and marketing to ship high-quality content quickly
Qualifications
- 2+ years managing social media for brands, startups, or agencies
- Strong writing instincts and an eye for what performs across platforms
- Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls quickly
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts or projects at once
Nice-to-haves
Experience with social analytics tools, content planning, and Figma/Canva is a plus.
