Growth Hacker

PROPAGANDA is seeking a Growth Hacker to join our agency, working on both client and internal growth initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own growth experiments from idea to launch and quickly iterate to figure out what works and what doesn’t. Be open to quickly failing and moving on to the next great idea.
• Participate in the broader crypto community and spot cultural moments before they’re trending. Use data and intuition to determine what’s worth capitalizing on.
• Stay on top of fast-moving trends to identify unique opportunities for clients. Leverage cultural moments and memes to create growth opportunities.
• Share learnings and outcomes from growth experiments directly with the team and clients. Explain what worked and what didn’t in layman terms.
  
  

Qualifications

1. 2+ years experience driving growth initiatives in fast-moving environments
2. Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end with minimal oversight
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action quickly
4. Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
   
   

Nice-to-haves 

Experience with content marketing, A/B testing platforms, and SQL is a plus.
